Healing Reiki

Reiki Energy Healing is the vehicle that recharges the chakras (energy points) from blockages and stagnant energy that no longer serves.  Each of the chakra points in the subtle energy body has an important role in our physical, psychological and emotional wellbeing. When balanced, we are able to live more harmonious lives.

Whatever the challenges are, be it physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, taking the time to reconnect and align one's life force energy can have many profound outcomes. For some this may be a deep healing journey, for others it can simply be a relaxed and grounding experience. 

in Reiki, you are fully dressed, laying on a massage bed. Lizzie works with her hands hovering over your body and at times, through gentle touch.
